The Cheetah is a full-size, swing guard lock back from Case knives that has been produced for over 100 years but has only born the name ‘Cheetah’ since the early 1970s. The Cheetah is a great utility folder but thanks to its storied history makes a great addition to any collection. This version comes with a Tru-Sharp stainless steel clip point blade and Rogers Corn Cob Jig Antique Bone covers.

Blade: The single Clip Point blade is made from Tru-Sharp stainless steel and opened via a generous nail nick. A full flat grind offers a good combination of strength and cutting performance and is finished with a stylish, satin polish. The blade is equipped with a swing guard which offers added security during use but folds flat against the handle when closed for a sleek profile.
Handle: Nickel Silver bolsters frame the rugged antique bone covers fitted with brass pins to brass liners and equipped with Rogers Corn Cob jig texture for a tactile feel in the hand. The front cover sports a Case Bow Tie shield. A mid-back lock construction offers simple and smooth locking operation of the blade with one-hand operation.
Tru-Sharp Stainless Steel: Case’s proprietary version of 420HC. Stainless steel that provides excellent rust resistance, ease of re-sharpening and moderate edge retention while being exceptionally tough. With proper heat treat it is said to preform similarly to VG-10 in wear resistance.
